Over the weekend, the 1s lost 176 ao to 150 ao against Carlton. The highlights being Michael's 6 for 28, Ed's 2 for 30 and Scott's 50. Meanwhile, the 2s won again by 6 wickets against Morton 3s. Fred's 4 for 16 and Rory's couple of wickets restricted the opposition to 75. George and Xtras made the biggest contribution in the chase.
This week, we have a the last of the scheduled practice sessions tomorrow (Tuesday) evening. Irfan is trying to arrange a friendly for Thursday. Then on Saturday (Sept 4th), we have the last of the scheduled inter club matches. The 1s are away to Heriots at Goldenacre (probably artificial, probably 11am start) and the 2s are at home to Edinburgh South 2s (probably 1pm start).
